Video from Eye of Hurricane in NYC

The hurricane was much less severe than anticipated in New York City. Although the eye appears to have hit the city, it was not well formed and almost all of the rain was north of the storm's center. I drove around lower Manhattan as the eye crossed the city and saw very few cars (about half emergency vehicles). I went to Battery Park City and did not see the reported cresting of the sea wall and I also drove to the East River at Wall Street and took the video below.
